Human Resources & Crew Placement

We provide experienced and qualified crew which match your needs. For the employer are our services (like checking references, profile proving, interview sheduling (via video skype as well), organizing the flights and transfers, stress management during the employment etc.) completely for free. We only charge a percentage (30%) from the 1. month salary from the candidate, which will be simply substracted form her/his 1. month's salary, therefore we make a special agreement contract between us and the employee. We are proud of having excellent services and crew management and there is no risk for the vessel owner, only advantage. We are also taking care of our employed crew, it doesn't matter in which country the vessel is and exchange the crew members if neccessary! No stress for the captain and vessel management any more - Angels Pro Action are taking care of everything!
